BGCMQ Parent Committee
Our Parent Committee is a diverse group of dedicated parents committed to advancing the mission of The Boys & Girls Club of Metro Queens. These leaders volunteer their time, talents, and energy to positively impact the lives of our club members and their families. Becoming a part of our Parent Committee helps our young people reach their fullest potential by achieving academic success, developing good character & citizenship and adopting healthy lifestyles.
As a member of the Parent Committee, your responsibilities are:
Raising awareness and serving as the voice of the parents of BGC Metro Queens
Engaging in volunteer activities at the Main Clubhouse and school sites
Organizing holiday events
Organizing and attending fundraisers
Organizing and attending monthly parent committee meetings and family engagement opportunities
